My name is Amber Robison.
I am a United States Marine Corps Veteran and Human Resource Professional specializing in employee relations, training, employee development, and leadership development. My experience includes over 20 years working in various industries including military aviation, logistics, distribution, manufacturing, staffing, automotive, and hospitality.
My fields of study include Criminal Justice and Business Human Resource Management. I hold several certifications including, DDI True Leader Facilitator, the Society of Human Resource Management (SHRM) Senior Certified Professional Certification, and Advanced Leadership Certification through the National Society of Leadership and Success (NSLS). I am an active member of SHRM and the Human Resource Professionals (HRP) of Central Pennsylvania.
I have a passion for serving others and watching them develop into strong leaders while achieving their career goals. I build teams through mentorship and servant leadership, I strive to see others achieve more than what they believed was possible. I have seen what works and what fails when it comes to leadership and I am eager to share my knowledge and experience with others and LEAD them on the path to Leadership Excellence!

LEAD Development, LLC partners with your organization to remove the "busy work" so you can focus on maintaining the progression of the participants and the growth of your organization. The services we provide are long term commitments, not short term solutions.
Individuals who are committed to develop into productive leaders will receive a personal development plan based on their individual goals. Individual participants will complete predictive indexes, conduct regular 1:1 development sessions, and will attend networking events and trainings throughout the year.
